WOW Air Is Hiring a Summer Travel Guide Duo to Travel the World and Document It

All expenses paid travel and living, a $4,000 monthly stipend and a fully furnished apartment in downtown Reykjavik, Iceland.

How does getting paid all summer to jet around the world for free with your go-to travel partner sound? If you ask us, it sounds pretty freakin’ awesome.

Iceland’s WOW Air is currently seeking applications for a Summer Travel Guide who will travel the world to as many of WOW’s 38 destinations as possible, creating video-based travel guides at each destination.

From June 1 to Aug. 15, the Summer Travel Guide - along with a friend - will move to Iceland and take trips around the world. WOW will pay each traveler $4,000 per month, pay all travel expenses and will provide a fully furnished apartment in downtown Reykjavik for the Travel Guides to stay in while in Iceland.

Travel Guides will spend two to four days at each location they travel to, creating video travel guides about each destination’s food, activities, nightlife, hospitality, and affordability. Essentially, you get to travel the world for free while earning a healthy salary to create video blogs (vlogs) about each of the destinations.

Applications are open until May 14 and WOW is requiring a one-to-two-minute video travel guide of your hometown along with their application. To be eligible you must be 18 years of age, have a Facebook account and a strong command of the English language.

If this all sounds like your dream job, then what are you waiting for?
