If you’re looking for an incredible outdoor adventure to take this winter and want to go way beyond your tried-and-true tent, consider one of these glass-domed igloos.

Levin Iglut Golden Crown is a company out of Lapland, the northernmost region of Finland, that offers guests the unique experience of sleeping under the stars in a glass igloo, offering panoramic views of the Northern Lights and star-strewn sky.

The hotel began with four luxury igloos, and now features 24 individual igloos, plus the Northern Lights House for guests to convene, as well an accompanying restaurant.

There are two types of igloos: Premium and Superior. Premium Igloos start at $472 a night, and are ideal for honeymooning couples.

Superior Igloos start at $390 and are recommended to small families or groups. An extra bed for a child 4-12 years old can be requested for an additional $95 a night, and an extra bed for anyone over 12 years of age goes for $189.

Sure, the igloos are a far cry away from the traditional tent camping experience, but if you can get over the price tag and distance, it’ll certainly be an experience you’ll never forget.
