OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE – Oceanside, CA – June 9, 2008 – Transworld Media, a division of Bonnier Corporation, is pleased to announce that Durkin Guthrie has been promoted to Western Region Advertising Director.  Previously, Durkin served as Transworld's West Coast Sales Manager.

Durkin began his tenure at Transworld Media in 2005, in the post of Sales Manager serving the entire West Coast. In this position, Durkin was responsible for managing a Los Angeles based non-endemic sales team covering the western United States. Prior to joining Transworld, Durkin "fed his rock n' roll jones" at SPIN Magazine, where he served as Midwest and Southern California Sales Manager.
