Stance’s talented team got in front of the camera at Agenda Long Beach to talk about building a new category in the action sports market, and shared some valuable insight into the thought process behind the launch of Stance’s unique product, it’s creative crew of Punks and Poets, and why they decided to branch out into the women’s market last year—a move that has built even more success around the young brand’s momentum.

” When it came time to launch women’s, I jumped at the opportunity to be involved,” says Harris. “In the same way [as men’s], it’s like pioneering a category for women’s. Over the past years, socks weren’t really a big category. It was all about how many  boots you wore and shoes you wore,  and to not show anything. It’s been fun to see the whole philosophy of how people get dressed now totally change, and to be a part of that— to the point that you create such statement pieces now that you are getting dressed socks first and then building your outfit from there.”
