The new line aims to buck the trend of current lifestyle shoe offerings with its reinterpretations of classic styles, inspired by outsider art and underground culture.

“We are looking to fill the void out there,” say the guys at Dead Boy, “Our passion at Dead Boy is to create affordable shoes that are fashion forward and carry the authenticity and roots of the brand”

Dead Boy is proud to be the new home of legendary skate punk Duane Peters amongst a roster of other action sports and music related legends; they will also feature shoes from pro skateboarder and artist Jason Adams, and plan to roll out new collaborations soon.

When asked about his shoe an excited Peters said, “WE Got A shoe in the Werks that is So Fucking Tough and Affordable and All they Care about is That I will wanna Wear My own Shoe!”

Dead Boy will begin shipping to core shops Fall 2011 with 6 styles of affordable, quality footwear. Shoes will have a MSRP of $40-$80. Future product lines will include headwear, apparel and accessories.
