Deckers has named David Powers President of Direct to Consumer, a position he will take over come mid-August. Powers will head the company’s retail and e-commerce businesses, reporting directly to Angel Martinez, president, CEO and chair of the Board of Directors.

Angel Martinez commented, "We are excited to have Dave join our team. His background makes him the ideal person to lead our consumer direct division at this point in its evolution. I am confident he will be an invaluable asset as we continue to expand our global business including growing our store base to approximately 200 by the end of 2015."
