Ainsley Hutchence, Founder and Creative Director at Sticks And Stones Agency
Shitty Interviews, Shitty Cooking Shows, Shitty Workout Tapes, Shitty….agency? Sticks & Stones wont break your bones but they will take your brand and give it legs for days – and have the balls to produce relevant content with a name so shitty it can only be good.
Sticks And Stones is a Queensland, Australia based creative/fashion agency that was started serendipitously by Ainsley Hutchence (alongside her very handsome other half, Sebastien Fougere) – and a gut feeling.

Before college, Caroline was a ballet dancer and attended the School of American Ballet in NYC at the age of 16. She likes to say she has 'lived her life in spandex.'
Charlotte Ronson, Founder / Designer / Creative Director at Charlotte Ronson
Charlotte Ronson is notorious for having one of the best vibes at the NYFW shows each season – between the bouncy and smiling models, electric music, and who's who pretty young things sitting front row, Charlotte's ability to make everything fun never goes unnoticed. This je ne sais quoi has led to a hometown Nolita flagship store, collaborations with Uniqlo, brand extensions with Urban Outfitters, Sephora and JC Penney, and an extensive A-list fan base that spans from Blake Lively to Rihanna to Kate Moss.
In 2011, Charlotte was inducted into the CFDA and today remains a driving force in American fashion.
Jayne Min, Design Consultant / Stylist / Founder of Stop It Right Now
One knows they've done an ace job at masterminding the cluttered blog scene when you a) have a loyal and longtime fan base and b) those fans address you by your blog name. That's what goes on in Jayne Min's world on a day-to-day basis. Between NY, Paris, Tokyo, London and her hometown of LA, people the world over can't help but love and shout 'Stop It Right Now!'
Aside from being a go-to inspiration on the web and social networks, Jane can be credited for the resurgence of skateboard-chic in the fashion world as we know it today. Yes, it was she who was the creator of the unofficial Celine SS11 skate deck. She's no poseur though – growing up in the skate scene and on a board herself is what gives Jayne the authentic edge above all the rest. The designer turned creative consultant turned soon to be store-owner has lived the apparel and active lifestyle world her whole life, and, as a self described 'tomboy who discovered she is a woman, appreciating mature high- fashion through silly, Internet-loving juvenile eyes,' we couldn't think of a better addition to The Collective.
Kassia Meador, Surfer, Photographer, Wetsuit Designer, Artist
Kassia Meador embodies a spirit made up of a little bit of every kind of girl – the athlete, the artist, the entrepreneur, the free spirit – leading her to smash all stereotypes. You might recognize Kassia from her 10+ years riding for Roxy as one of the brand's best long boarders in the water – she went pro at age 17 and earned the badass likeness of 'Ginger Rogers on a surfboard' — or maybe you recognize her name from her analog photography work shown in galleries around the world showcasing her surfing excursion. Or it could ring a bell because she's lent her design eye to helm collections for brands such as Swatch, Stance, and Roxy, natch.
Between her global cultural ambassador duties, Kassia has also conquered Hollywood and was cast by Richard Phillips to appear in his art film, First Point. Who else do you know that can say they've been a stunt double for Lindsay Lohan?
