Kielas has a background in artistic design and over 20 years in retail, visual merchandising, buying and operations. She also has a stronghold in fashion, outdoors, snow sports and home decor – and is ready to help Arcade expand their creative approach.

“I’m excited to be a part of this amazing team,” says Kielas. “To mix my retail experience with my artistic instincts and build on Arcade’s already inspired product line, and ultimately to add fresh ideas steeped in Arcade DNA.”

Lampke is a seasoned professional with experience in retail, wholesale purchasing, product development and global sourcing. He’s worked for The May Company, Barney’s New York, Beretta USA, Sig Sauer, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Maurice Sporting Goods, C.C. Filson, Harley-Davidson, and Gander Outdoors.

“After meeting co-founder Tristan Queen, and being able to witness his leadership qualities and entrepreneurial vigor firsthand, I knew that I wanted to become a member of the Arcade Family,” said Lampke.

“The potential for Arcade is great. What started as a niche business has now evolved into one which touches many different lifestyles,” Lampke continued. “I’m excited to bring my knowledge in product development and sourcing to the team – and help Arcade continue to grow.”
