The California Surf Museum in Oceanside announces an “Evening with Aaron Chang” on March 31st as part of its educational programs. The evening will consist of a meet and great with Aaron Chang, a seated talk about his life in surf photography and a question and answer period. Oceanside, California (March, 12, 2012) – As part of their unique ongoing educational programs, the California Surf Museum proudly hosts an “Evening with Aaron Chang” Saturday, March 31st from 6-8pm.
Acclaimed surf photographer Aaron Chang has more than 100 magazine covers to his credit as well as photos published internationally in dozens of magazines including Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, GQ and Elle. Chang, the former senior staff photographer at Surfing Magazine, launched Aaron Chang Clothing in 1994 featuring a line of photo inspired products. He currently owns the Aaron Chang Ocean Art gallery in Solana Beach.
An “Evening with Aaron Chang” will include a meet and greet, a seated talk about the history of his camera water housings, his life in surf photography and a question and answer period. The housings will be on display at CSM from March 31st, 2012-January 2013.
Cost: $5 for members of CSM, $10 for non-members
Beer, wine, and waters will be available for suggested donation. Snacks will be provided.
