The AGENDA Emerge Conference will take place in Long Beach, CA in January
December 2015 – AGENDA, the leading forum for action sports, streetwear, and sneaker industries is set to host the 4th annual AGENDA Emerge Conference on January, 8th 2016.
AGENDA Emerge is the premiere event where creative and youth cultures collide in a truly immersive experience. The annual event headlines the industry's top creatives, innovators and artists in the marketplace. The Emerge conference continues to be one of kind, redefining the ways in which brands and entrepreneurs interact and inspire one another. It is the only platform that allows the next generation to engage with leaders in the streetwear industry on such an inspiring level. Exhibitors utilize the AGENDA platform to unveil their most groundbreaking products and collaborations for the upcoming season.
This year, Emerge is excited to feature Nic Galway, Vice President of Global Design – adidas Originals, Jon Wexler, Global Director of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing -adidas, Jeff Kearl, Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman -STANCE and Mark 'Gonz' Gonzales, Pro Skateboarder and Artist – adidas Skateboarding, with more special guests to be announced.

AGENDA tradeshow was launched in 2003 to redefine the ways in which brands and entrepreneurs interact. In 2013, this forum segued into the AGENDA Emerge conference, which established a new source of inspiration. Jeff Kearl – Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman, STANCE
Jeff is the co-founder, CEO and Chairman of Stance, a high-growth apparel company whose investors include Dwayne Wade, Jay-Z and Will Smith. Jeff serves on the board of directors at Skullcandy (NASDAQ: SKUL), Needle and Julep. Jeff was named the 2012 Director of the Year by the Forum for Corporate Directors and was also named the 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year in Orange County for co-founding and leading Stance. He has invested in over 30 startup companies.
Nic Galway – Vice President of Global Design, Adidas Originals
Nic Galway’s 16-year tenure with adidas has spanned numerous creative roles across performance and style. Evidence of Nic’s design process at work is his involvement in celebrated product offerings such as the Tubular, Pure BOOST and Y-3 Qasa, as well as his work in forming many of adidas’ high profile collaborations including adidas by Stella McCartney, Y-3 and most recently the brand’s partnership with Kanye West.
Jon Wexler – Global Director of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing, Adidas
After 13 years at adidas, Jon Wexler has become a priceless member of the global team furthering the brands presence in entertainment and sports. As Global Director of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing, Jon's main responsibility is to lead product placement in the film / tv / music video space, while servicing influencer product needs. Jon is considered the architect of the Kanye West partnership and key contributor in the brands resurgence in hip-hop.
Mark "Gonz" Gonzales – Pro Skateboarder & Artist
Throughout his 30-year career as a professional skater and artist, Mark Gonzales stands as one of the most universally adored skateboarders of all-time. Since the early 80s, The Gonz’ unmatchable style, relentless creativity and quirky approach to the world has made him an icon among skaters, artists and brands in the creative space. Today Gonz maintains his role as the creative hand of Krooked Skateboards and continues to build on his 15-year legacy as a global pro and brand ambassador to adidas.
