The Andy Irons documentary “Kissed By God” premiered earlier this month in three locations: Los Angeles, Hawaii and New York City.

It offered an extremely intimate look into Andy’s life and the struggles he went through that the public was mostly in the dark about. These demons ultimately led to his passing way too early.

The film does a great job of telling the unfiltered story through the eyes of those that were closest to him, albeit an extremely emotional and sad tale. But ultimately, one that every surf fan should take the time to watch.

And if you missed the premieres, “Kissed By God” will be screening at more than 500 theaters across the United States for one-night-only on May 31. We highly recommend going to see it if you haven’t yet.
