On Wednesday, Atlerra Mountain Company acquired Solitude Mountain Resort. Upon transaction closure, this will make Solitude the 27th resort to be included in the Ikon Pass.

Solitude Mountain Resort is located 34 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and less than an hour from Deer Valley Resort, which is also a part of the Ikon Pass. Solitude offers 77 runs, three bowls, and 2,030 vertical feet. The village offers ski-in/ski-out accommodations along with year-round activities.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2018, and is subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. More information will be released once the transaction has completed, including all of the Ikon Pass inclusion details and more.
