After coming up short on a jump in Heat 1 of last weekend's St. Louis Supercross race, 450 cc class rookie Wil Hahn flew nearly 50 feet through the air before slamming into the dirt in what TW Moto called "one of the most violent impacts we have seen in Supercross." According to reports, Hahn was taken to nearby Barnes Jewish hospital, where doctors reportedly saw a crack in his skull, a concussion, a broken humerus and scapula, and a dislocated shoulder.
One of his main sponsors, Geico Motorcycle, tweeted out that Hahn is out of this year's remaining Supercross races and is headed to California for further treatment. For results and photos from the St. Louis Supercross, head over to TransWorld Motocross.
