During a recent day in Temecula, California, we paid a visit to the headquarters of FasterUSA. Although it is a rather nondescript at first, the rear portion of the building serves as a production facility for their high-quality hubs and custom-built wheelsets. Each hub starts as a solid block of US-certified billet aluminum, which is then cut into shape at 2000 rpms on a programmed lathe. From there, it is moved to the mill and receives the incredible machining from designs created by FasterUSA. Once fully formed to fit a specific model of motorcycle, the hubs are sent out for anodizing and finishing, and then returned to FasterUSA, where it’s matched to DID or Excel rims with Bulldog or Excel spokes.
