It’s been roughly a month since the initial announcement of the merger ClubMX/Traders Racing/Redemption Racing for the upcoming season, but in that time plenty of key details have been worked out. We spoke with Team Manager Kenny Day about recent developments and he’s confirmed to us that it will be a four-rider roster that will take on the 250 East Coast SX region of the 2019 Monster Energy Supercross Series.

The four-rider team will consist of Cameron McAdoo, Josh Osby, Jace Pennington, and Tanner Stack. All four will be aboard matching Yamaha YZ250F bikes with Ohlins suspension and engines by Bundy Built. The team has inked deals to outfit the riders in FXR racing gear, Shoei helmets, and 100% goggles with a boot supporter still to be determined.

"The Traders Racing and Club MX-Redemption Racing merger talks started up during nationals this year. As a privateer team, we are always looking for that extra edge to make the team better so when Brandon Haas (owner of Club MX) approached me about combining efforts it made total sense," said Day last month. "Being able to be in one location where we can work with our riders day in and day out is a great tool for our benefit.  The Club MX facility is top notch so we have everything we could ever need at our fingertips. We’re very excited for the 2019 season and beyond with this new opportunity in front of us."
