At last night’s intro of their 2016 teams, KTM also unveiled the 2016 SX-F Factory Edition machines which are modeled after the both the Troy Lee Designs/GoPro/Red Bull/KTM and Red Bull KTM factory bikes. Set to hit dealers in just a few weeks, the FE bikes sport a few major upgrades over the 2016 SX-F models that have been selling for a few months.

The biggest difference between the standard SX-F and then SX-F FE? Both Factory Edition bikes are complete with WP AER 48 forks, which are a stunning 3.1 pounds lighter than the conventional WP 4CS forks used in the SX-F. To match the performance of the new fork, WP has updated the rear shock with a new setting.

Now that Troy Lee Designs/GoPro/Red Bull/KTM is the official 250 factory team for KTM’s American division, the 2016 KTM 250 SX-F Factory Edition looks almost identical to the team’s setup. While the small-bore bike features the same WP AER 48 fork and billet triple clamps as the 450, a few details that are unique to the TLD have been addressed. The bike uses an FMF titanium silencer and is dressed in the same graphics scheme and seat cover as the team.

MSRP for the 2016 KTM 250 SX-F Factory Edition is expected to be $9,399.

Like always, the 450 SX-F Factory Edition looks identical to the bike raced by the Red Bull KTM, thanks to the graphic package and seat cover that the public can receive only by buying the bike. Performance-wise, the bike is complete with an Akrapovic titanium silencer, billet triple clamps, and the WP AER 48 forks.

MSRP for the 2016 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition is expected to be $10,299.
