In an overflowing sea of plastic pedals, Snafu went against the grain and came out with the Anorexic pedal. Adapting it's looks from MTB pedals, Snafu has designed a very slim, sleek, and light metal pedal. A lot aluminum pedals are forged, Snafu took a different route. These pedals are Extruded and CNC-machined out of 6061 T-6 Alloy, making it a very light, but strong and resilient pedal.

Five specifically placed pins allow for great grip on your banana like shoes you choose to wear. Tucked into the pedal is a heat-treated 4130 chromoly pedal spindle designed after what they use in the MTB(mountain bike) world. Internal bushings with needle bearings allow that spindle be very smooth while pedaling. The spindle on these pedals are broached for an 8mm allen wrench to install. This means you cannot use a pedal wrench to install these.

These super low-profile pedals come in Black, Polished, Red, Purple, and the ever so popular Jet Fuel(Rainbow, Oil Slick, Fuel Treatment). It may be time for some of you to quit being wussies and ride metal pedals. Prices for the basic colors are 79.99, and Jet Fuel will run you $99.99.

Tools for install: 8mm Allen Wrench. Like I mentioned above, these pedals are designed to be installed using an Allen Wrench. If your cranks are capped on the other side of the pedal boss(not many stock or aftermarket cranks are anymore, but there may still be some floating around out there) you will not be able to install these pedals.
